Our client, a dynamic organization in the automotive industry, is actively recruiting motivated Junior Sales Officers who possess strong customer service skills and a results-driven mindset. Overseeing primary functions and responsibilities encompasses a comprehensive range of tasks, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational oversight, team leadership, performance evaluation, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to drive efficiency and achieve departmental goals.

Proactively seek and onboard new clients to expand the organization’s presence and market share in the automotive sector.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner while delivering precise and comprehensive details regarding products and services.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Address customer inquiries, grievances, and issues with professionalism, striving to provide prompt and effective solutions.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all customer engagements, including inquiries, quotations issued, and financial transactions processed.

Track and analyze competitor actions and market dynamics within the automotive sector to identify key developments and emerging opportunities.

Job Requirements and Eligibility Criteria:

A diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is essential.
