Rivet Software & Systems LTD is looking for a dynamic and technically adept professional to fill the role of POS & ERP Software Training / Sales Executive within our rapidly growing team.

The successful candidate must exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer training, software demonstrations, and sales. Responsibilities include delivering client training on our POS and ERP systems, performing product demonstrations, providing implementation support, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Oversee key operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow efficiency and adherence to organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, foster innovation, and improve service delivery across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and resolve complex challenges in a timely manner. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, track progress, and implement data-driven improvements where necessary. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, ensuring clear communication of objectives, expectations, and feedback. Maintain rigorous compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices to uphold organizational integrity and accountability.

Conduct training sessions to educate customers on the proper utilization of POS and ERP software systems, ensuring they gain proficiency in both platforms.

Deliver engaging software demonstrations, host informative presentations, and guide clients through comprehensive product walkthroughs.

Assist with the deployment and integration of software solutions, as well as facilitate the seamless transition of new users into the system.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering, and a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in database management and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are also required. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is highly desirable.

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or related Business fields is required.
