To prioritize in-store visits aimed at enhancing retailer awareness and improving SIM and Float performance, while ensuring optimal visibility and merchandising standards at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.

Oversee and execute critical duties to ensure operational excellence and organizational success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Monitor progress and performance metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed. Effectively oversee the identification, recruitment, and mapping of Agents, with a strategic focus on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.

Consistently achieve the designated call rates by conducting regular visits to SOS & Agents in alignment with approved route and beat plans.

Provide and distribute all necessary business tools required for seamless transactions at both SSO and agent outlets, ensuring that SOS and Trash Agents are thoroughly trained on the associated processes.

Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) training initiatives and evaluate agents’ understanding of AML protocols while instructing SOS in Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to SIM REG compliance.

Float, maintain, and manage inventory levels, ensuring agents adhere strictly to the 1.5x stock rule. Additionally, verify that Sales Support Officers (SOS) have sufficient stock of SIM cards for seamless new registrations and activations.

Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of relevant materials at SOS and Agent outlets.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of academic credentials and relevant professional experience. A degree in a related field from an accredited institution is required, along with demonstrated expertise through prior work in a comparable role. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and best practices is essential, as is the ability to apply theoretical principles to practical scenarios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to navigate complex challenges effectively. Additionally, familiarity with current trends and emerging technologies in the field will be highly advantageous.

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required for consideration.

Requires a demonstrated track record in van sales or an equivalent sales position.
