Our prestigious high-end golf club in Nairobi is currently in urgent need of a professional, impeccably presented, and customer-centric Receptionist and Waitstaff to strengthen its team.
REQUIREMENTS:
A qualification in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a comparable discipline is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in a front desk or receptionist capacity is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a luxury hospitality setting.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.
Skilled in front office operations and customer service management, with a comprehensive understanding of administrative and hospitality best practices.
Proficient in utilizing front office equipment alongside payment processing terminals, including PDQ machines.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English and Kiswahili.
A polished demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in prioritization.
Maintains strict confidentiality and upholds professional standards in all interactions and communications.
Craft a meticulously planned work schedule aligning with project milestones and team coordination needs. Ensure seamless integration of individual responsibilities with departmental objectives, maintaining flexibility to accommodate evolving priorities. Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently while upholding strict adherence to deadlines and organizational policies. Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to synchronize workflows and optimize productivity across all levels of the organization.
Performs duties during the first shift, spanning from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily.
Shift 2 runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing coverage during the late afternoon and evening hours.
Nairobi serves as the designated workplace for this position, providing a dynamic and vibrant professional environment in Kenya’s bustling capital. The role necessitates consistent, in-person attendance at the Nairobi office to fulfill core responsibilities effectively. Candidates should be prepared to commute to this central hub, ensuring full availability to contribute to team objectives and operational demands.
The gross monthly salary for this position is Ash 40,000.
