The Administrative Manager ensures that administrative and operational processes are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational objectives. This role involves overseeing and refining the company’s operational workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.

Oversee critical operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to established protocols. Responsible for managing and aligning daily administrative activities, such as overseeing office facilities, optimizing space utilization, maintaining utilities, and ensuring general upkeep to sustain seamless operations.

To design, execute, and assess administrative policies, procedures, and systems with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.

Oversee the acquisition, inventory management, and upkeep of office supplies, assets, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and resource availability.

Oversee and facilitate the performance of sales, marketing, biomedical, and administrative teams—including receptionists, clerks, and office assistants—to ensure cohesive operations and alignment with organizational objectives.

Deliver services efficiently and dependably to meet organizational objectives and customer expectations consistently.

Maintain meticulous and secure filing systems, databases, and documentation, upholding strict confidentiality standards and ensuring proper compliance at all times.

Maintains accurate and efficient management of documents, ensuring all records are properly organized, updated, and accessible. Oversees the creation, revision, approval, and distribution of controlled documents in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Tracks document versions, manages access permissions, and implements retention schedules to meet legal and operational requirements. Collaborates with departments to verify document accuracy and consistency, while providing training and support on documentation protocols.

Compile and distribute weekly sales reports, official correspondence, and necessary administrative documentation on a regular basis.

Oversee vendor interactions, administer service agreements, and uphold cost-efficient service operations.

Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives while administering company licenses, permits, and renewal processes.

Serve as the primary liaison for all administrative concerns, coordinating communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of inquiries.

We collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive project success through transparent communication and shared objectives.

Prepare meeting materials by drafting agendas, recording detailed minutes, and monitoring follow-up tasks to ensure completion and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; at least three years of progressive experience in a related role; proficiency in industry-standard software tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required for this position.

Proven experience in a healthcare environment is essential.

Seeking candidates with at least three to five years of experience in an administrative management capacity.

Adept at guiding teams with exceptional interpersonal abilities, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
