Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategies to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance with established standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive sustainable growth. Prepare and present detailed reports on performance metrics, project milestones, and key operational indicators to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing operational costs, and fostering innovation across departments. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures throughout all activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating seamless communication to align objectives and achieve collective success.

Delivers a superior standard of loan referrals to the organization, maintaining meticulous adherence to quality benchmarks.

Offer dedicated assistance in restoring designated facilities managed by you and your team.

Maintains a rigorous standard of zero tolerance for all customer complaints, whether they originate internally or externally.

Handle customer information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Maintaining high standards in service delivery and fostering strong customer service relationships are essential priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, is required. Minimum of three years of experience in a related field is expected, with a preference for candidates possessing prior experience in financial analysis or reporting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables, is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.

A diploma or degree in sales and marketing, or any field related to business, is required for this position.

Possesses hands-on experience within a Microfinance Institution environment.

A minimum of four years of leadership experience in roles such as Team Leader or Branch Manager is required.
