Job Summary

The Head of ICT will spearhead the organization’s Information & Communication Technology division, guaranteeing secure, dependable, and high-performing IT systems that align with business operations and drive strategic expansion. This position will manage ICT infrastructure, information security protocols, digital transformation projects, system support, and the creation of innovative technology solutions to elevate service delivery.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing compliance frameworks, conducting audits to assess risks, and providing strategic guidance to senior management on ICT governance best practices.
