Craft and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth for food, beverage, events, and conference offerings.

Develop and execute corporate partnerships, group bookings, and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various social media and online platforms, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable outcomes.

To cultivate new business prospects while nurturing current client engagements is essential. Moreover, fostering robust and enduring relationships with established clients remains a priority.

Devise and implement strategic promotional initiatives to showcase the organization’s conference facilities and event spaces, driving awareness and engagement among target audiences.

To develop and curate a diverse range of engaging events—including innovative concept nights, themed experiences, corporate functions, and social gatherings—aimed at driving customer engagement, increasing foot traffic, and maximizing revenue generation.

Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover potential new business opportunities.

Compile sales reports and monitor performance relative to established targets.

Engage in professional representation of the organization at networking functions and business development initiatives, fostering meaningful connections and promoting corporate interests.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. A track record of delivering high-quality results within deadlines is expected, as is the capacity to adapt to evolving project demands. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in the field is advantageous.

The ideal candidate should:

Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related discipline, at minimum.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated sales and marketing expertise is required, along with a verifiable and successful track record.

Proficient in digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.

Candidates should possess a demonstrated history of employment in the hospitality sector.

You must possess exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and cultivating professional relationships.

Capable of executing responsibilities autonomously while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance-based contract obligations.

Creativity, innovation, and the ability to secure events and functions that drive business for the establishment and its conference facilities are essential.

Compensation & Incentives

A monthly basic salary of KES 60,000 is provided.

Earn a 10% commission based on the monthly food sales revenue you achieve.

Earn a 5% commission on all meetings and conference sales that surpass the monthly target of KES 2.8 million.
