We are expanding our team and are in search of a proactive Account Manager to cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with designated clients. This position requires engaging with pivotal business stakeholders, discerning client requirements, and acting as the primary liaison. Collaboration with customers and cross-functional internal teams will be essential to guarantee the punctual and successful execution of solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business expansion.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure that the Terms of Reference (Tors) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) outlined in the contract are fulfilled in accordance with established expectations.

Ensure all contracted staff contracts are renewed promptly and in accordance with established timelines.

Ensure that all contractually employed staff members at the Client organization utilize their allocated leave within the designated contract timeframes.

Maintain a comprehensive electronic database containing all records of contracted staff assigned to your account.

Ensure that each employee assigned to your account maintains a complete personal file containing all required documentation, which must be consistently updated within the respective systems.

Create and oversee schedules, establishing clear timelines and deadlines for performance evaluation processes.

Regularly assess employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure consistently high standards.

Handle matters with third parties as authorized by the MD.

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing, including accurate and timely salary disbursements, tax withholdings, and compliance with relevant regulations, this role ensures employees receive correct compensation while adhering to company policies and legal standards. Duties involve maintaining payroll records, processing adjustments, reconciling discrepancies, and generating reports for leadership review. Proficiency in payroll software and strong attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Collaboration with HR, finance, and external stakeholders may be required to resolve payroll-related inquiries or issues efficiently.

Ensure all contracted staff under your management are registered with PIN, NSSF, and NAIF and follow up to confirm their compliance.

Oversee the electronic database, ensuring all contracted staff records under your purview are accurately maintained and up to date.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including HR and Accounts, to address employee relations, payroll processing, and fee note preparations efficiently.

Ensure timely delivery of invoices and purchase orders while proactively following up on outstanding payments.

Please promptly notify management of any recruitment requests received from clients and guarantee the timely filling of vacant positions.

Compile and deliver the monthly payroll roster for all employees assigned to the designated accounts no later than the 15th of each month.

Employee Relations and Welfare encompasses the oversight of staff support initiatives, conflict resolution, and the promotion of a positive workplace culture, ensuring adherence to company policies while safeguarding employee well-being and engagement. This role involves addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and fostering open communication channels to enhance job satisfaction and retention. Additionally, it includes the implementation of wellness programs, compliance with labor regulations, and collaboration with HR to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.

Chair monthly meetings of contracted staff at the station and provide management with updates on the resulting discussions.

Address all staff complaints presented to you in a timely and professional manner, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution where appropriate.

Develop and enforce comprehensive human resource management policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and operational efficiency.

Offer guidance and strategic counsel regarding disciplinary measures, ensuring adherence to established policies and fair application of corrective actions.

Ensure the protection of SLMC and client assets against any potential losses. Safeguard financial and operational integrity by implementing proactive risk management strategies and adhering to established protocols.

Ensure strict adherence to established protocols, participate in risk management meetings, and offer training recommendations when deemed necessary.

From time to time, you may be tasked with additional responsibilities as determined by management.

Key metrics will be monitored to evaluate performance and operational effectiveness. These indicators will provide measurable benchmarks to assess progress toward strategic goals, operational efficiency, and overall business success. Regular tracking of these KPIs will ensure alignment with organizational objectives, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and highlight areas for improvement or corrective action.

Monthly payroll submissions must be completed by the 15th of each month.

Maintain a comprehensive log of monthly meetings with staff, ensuring all discussions and outcomes are accurately documented.

Maintaining strict adherence to leave attendance policies is essential.
