Our client, a leading player in the automotive industry, is actively recruiting dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Junior Sales Officers. Oversee and execute key duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Drive sales of automotive workshop services, spare parts, and complementary products to both individual and corporate customers.

Respond to customer inquiries with promptness and deliver precise, comprehensive details regarding products and services.

Drive revenue expansion by consistently meeting established sales quotas and playing a pivotal role in the organization’s financial performance.

Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Proactively engage with leads to nurture relationships, ensuring their transition into loyal, repeat customers through consistent follow-up and tailored outreach.

Address customer inquiries and escalations with the utmost professionalism, prioritizing swift and effective resolutions to all concerns raised.

Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions, quotes, and transactions.

Facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives, promotional events, and brand enhancement strategies specifically within the automotive sector.

Observe and analyze competitor actions and evolving market dynamics within the automotive sector.

Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, market demand trends, and the effectiveness of products or services.

Guarantee the accurate and visually appealing arrangement of automotive products and services wherever relevant.

Execute any additional tasks associated with sales as deemed necessary by management.

Job Specifications and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics. A minimum of five years of experience in a related role is required, with a proven track record of success in project management and team leadership. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with evolving technologies and methodologies.

A diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of hands-on sales experience is required, with prior work in a workshop or technical setting serving as a valuable asset.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is required, including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
