Job Purpose
To craft and deliver beverages to patrons with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy, maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing the development, implementation, and management of [specific processes, systems, or projects], ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and performance improvements while maintaining rigorous adherence to compliance, quality standards, and deadlines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize resource allocation for sustained growth and operational excellence. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to inform data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by combining ingredients according to established recipes and tailoring each drink to meet individual guest preferences and specifications.
Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests, maintaining a professional demeanor, and demonstrating thorough product knowledge; actively suggest beverages and strategically promote premium selections to enhance their experience.
Monitor stock levels vigilantly, initiate timely replenishment requests, and maintain optimal storage conditions for spirits, mixers, and garnishes to ensure availability and quality.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain bar area cleanliness, adhere to food safety standards, and comply with health regulations.
Responsible for meticulously processing payments, reconciling cash drawers, and providing receipts to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
Craft distinctive cocktails and collaborate on seasonal beverage offerings to enhance the establishment’s beverage program.
Ensure strict adherence to all licensing laws, guidelines for responsible alcohol service, and established company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is a must. Excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also necessary.
Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology certification or diploma is required.
Seasoned bartenders or mixologists with a track record of success in resorts, restaurants, or bars are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in crafting classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, as well as demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, including their origins, flavor profiles, and optimal serving techniques.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a talent for fostering meaningful professional relationships, are essential.
Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when operating within high-pressure scenarios and dynamic workplace settings.
