To ensure patients receive timely medical care, this role involves registering and processing billing for patients in compliance with established protocols and the Hospital’s strategic objectives.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team, where you will be responsible for executing a variety of critical tasks. Your primary duties will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring compliance with established standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. You will also be tasked with analyzing data to identify trends, preparing detailed reports for senior management, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and resolving any operational challenges that may arise. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role is required, as well as proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities are essential to motivate teams and drive project success.

Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and those covered under insurance schemes—into the system with precision.

Bill patients for medical services rendered by the hospital using various payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

To ensure timely reimbursement, transmit patients’ documents to the appropriate insurance providers and follow up with calls to help secure approval for medical bill payments.

Provide patients with updates on the approval status of their medical bills to facilitate their access to hospital services.

Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the layout of medical services available throughout the facility.

Schedule follow-up appointments for patients and ensure they receive timely notifications regarding their upcoming visits to the hospital.

Daily collections of bank cash and checks are processed, followed by the submission of corresponding receipts to the senior cashier.

Compile and deliver daily summaries of payment transactions to the senior cashier promptly.

Upon receipt, all medical invoices must be promptly forwarded to the assistant accountant for processing and distribution.

Assigned duties may vary based on the supervisor’s discretion and operational needs, encompassing any additional tasks deemed necessary for the role.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Preferred qualifications include advanced certifications or specialized training that align with the position’s demands. Experience in project management, data analysis, or client relations will be strongly considered.

A recognized institution must confer a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related business discipline.

A partial accounting qualification, such as the completion of CPA Part II or ARCA, is required.

Proficient in utilizing standard office software and navigating digital platforms with ease.

A minimum of two years of pertinent professional experience is required.
