The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will act on behalf of the Principal to deliver leadership and governance for the Institution, while directing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for guaranteeing the successful execution of academic programs, managing staff performance, enhancing student support services, optimizing operational effectiveness, ensuring adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements, and executing the Institute’s strategic plans.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties essential to achieving organizational objectives, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company policies. Conduct thorough performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous growth and accountability. Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals, allocate resources efficiently, and drive innovation across departments. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards, mitigating risks while optimizing operational efficiency. Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, facilitating transparent communication and streamlined decision-making processes.

Provide leadership and coordinate the day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus.

The incumbent will facilitate the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality benchmarks, and institutional goals. Additionally, the role involves supervising academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to guarantee high-quality training delivery and an enriching student experience.

Uphold professional standards, foster a culture of discipline, deliver exceptional customer service, and cultivate a positive student experience throughout the campus.

Oversee departmental leaders, training personnel, and administrative staff to uphold high standards of service excellence and operational productivity.

Drive student enrollment expansion by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, fostering collaborative partnerships, and executing targeted community engagement initiatives within the designated campus catchment area.

Ensure the appropriate use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets.

Ensure adherence to VET regulatory standards and institutional quality assurance frameworks, encompassing Quality Management System requirements such as ISO 9001:2015.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting is crucial. Candidates must be detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of proven experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise to the role.

Exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding communication prowess, and refined organizational capabilities are essential requirements for this role.

Skilled in utilizing ICT tools and administrative systems effectively.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is highly desirable.
