Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including dates, tasks performed, and any issues identified or resolved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and address any operational concerns promptly.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on generators in accordance with manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct thorough inspections to verify oil levels, filter conditions, fuel system integrity, and electrical connection functionality.
Ensure meticulous documentation of maintenance activities and service events in comprehensive logs and records.
Performs corrective maintenance to restore equipment or systems to optimal operational condition following malfunctions or failures. Track spare parts inventory levels and promptly submit replenishment requests as needed.

Profile
A diploma or certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required for this position.
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in generator maintenance and repair is required.
Proficient in the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of diesel engines and associated electrical systems is required.
Familiarity with generator brands, including but not limited to Perkins, Cummins, and CAT, is considered advantageous.
