Our distinguished Nairobi-based Golf Club, known for its prestige and excellence, is actively seeking polished, customer-oriented professionals to fill the roles with Receptionist and Waiter.

We seek candidates possessing a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a similar role, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and advanced certifications may be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are essential. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, and additional language skills are a plus. Familiarity with compliance regulations and project management methodologies will be prioritized.

A recognized qualification in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a front office or receptionist capacity, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting, is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.

Proficient in front office operations and customer service administration, with a strong command of best practices and strategic approaches to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in utilizing front office equipment and payment processing devices, specifically PDQ terminals, is required.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Kiswahili is required.

A polished presentation, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential for this role.

Highly proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.

Consistently uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.

The expected work schedule for this position involves consistent weekday availability, typically spanning eight hours per day, with potential adjustments based on operational needs. Some roles may require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts to accommodate varying demands. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to support team coverage and project deadlines.

A dedicated professional is sought to fill a position operating during the initial shift, from six o’clock in the morning until two in the afternoon. This role requires a commitment to punctuality and a high level of productivity within these designated hours. The incumbent will be expected to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication and adhering to workplace standards throughout the shift.

Shift 2 operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing coverage during the late afternoon and evening hours.

Nairobi serves as the central hub for all field operations, necessitating regular on-site presence to oversee project execution, ensure adherence to protocols, and facilitate seamless coordination with local stakeholders. The role demands frequent travel within the region to conduct assessments, monitor progress, and address operational challenges in a timely manner. Additionally, the position requires sustained engagement with community leaders, government officials, and partner organizations to foster collaboration and alignment with strategic objectives.

We are offering a gross salary of Ash 40,000 per month for this position.
