Evaluates, troubleshoots, and restores aging or defective fiber network infrastructure, while conducting scheduled preventive maintenance activities that encompass optical cable systems, closure kits, duct networks, and manhole facilities.
Produce sensor indicators and conduct thorough inspections to verify that the fiber optic systems are free of faults which could compromise operational stability.
Performs routine assessments of the designated system and addresses any identified issues or malfunctions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive system records and detailed system diagrams. Conduct fiber optic maintenance tasks, which encompass point of break/link analysis, splicing operations, core alignment procedures, and splice quality validation using appropriate tools and techniques.

To meet or exceed established performance KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable results and driving operational excellence through targeted actions and strategic initiatives.
Guarantee a fiber segment availability rate of at least 98%.
Ensuring that 80% of TTs are completed within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a critical requirement of this role. Consistently meeting or exceeding this target will be a key performance indicator, directly reflecting the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
Deliver fiber splices that consistently achieve a slope of less than 0.25dB/km, ensuring optimal signal transmission quality across each segment.
