Role Description

This full-time hybrid position, based primarily in Mombasa with occasional remote work options, requires an Insurance Agent to expand the client base by prospecting and securing new accounts while nurturing long-standing relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role encompasses evaluating clients’ insurance requirements, advising them on suitable policy selections, facilitating policy renewals, and resolving inquiries regarding coverage and claims. Additionally, Insurance Agents will collaborate in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve both personal and collective performance objectives.

A highly motivated professional is sought for a role requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory, and additional certifications or specialized training are advantageous. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to established protocols while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
