The successful applicant should exhibit extensive regional market experience extending beyond Kenya, coupled with a proven history of surpassing sales objectives, overseeing key accounts, and finalizing high-value B2B transactions.

Qualified candidates must fulfill the following essential criteria: a relevant bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role, proficiency with industry-standard software or tools, and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines. Additional prerequisites include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
With a minimum of five years of proven B2B sales expertise in the ICT, ELF, telecommunications, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technology solutions industries, candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of success in driving revenue and cultivating client relationships within these specialized sectors.

Experienced in successfully managing markets across regions beyond Kenya.
Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of ICT infrastructure, networking protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, data center architectures, and associated technologies.
Proven expertise in crafting compelling proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and conducting effective negotiations is required.
Demonstrates robust commercial insight and a proven track record in successfully negotiating and finalizing high-value agreements.
Proven capability to cultivate and sustain high-level client relationships at the executive level.
Demonstrates strong expertise in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in data management, reporting, and document creation.
