Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CMA. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, with at least three years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems and advanced Excel, is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to effectively manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and a proactive approach to process improvement are also expected.
A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
