JOB PURPOSE
Accurate pricing for new transport operations must be ensured by collaborating effectively with Third-Party Service Providers, all while maintaining meticulously organized and compliant distribution documentation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness, the Pricing team plays a key role in shaping business decisions. Analyzes market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to recommend optimal price points for products or services. Collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and profitability goals. Utilizes data-driven insights and advanced analytical tools to assess pricing impacts and forecast revenue outcomes. Requires proficiency in pricing software, strong numerical analysis skills, and a deep understanding of economic principles. Must possess excellent communication abilities to present findings and justify pricing decisions to stakeholders.
Prepare precise and prompt quotations for prospective transportation contracts.
Collaborate with three third-party service providers (3PSPs) to confirm pricing, available capacity, and delivery timelines.
Assess cost inputs rigorously to mitigate pricing inaccuracies and safeguard profit margins.
Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Ensures all records, reports, and files are organized, accessible, and properly filed. Reviews and verifies documentation for completeness, correctness, and adherence to established protocols. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resolve documentation discrepancies. Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive materials while facilitating efficient retrieval and distribution when required.
Ensure drivers submit fully completed and signed Proof of Delivery documents along with invoices, and confirm the accuracy of all handover forms before finalizing transactions.
Monitor receipt of Proof of Delivery (POD) submissions, pinpoint any deviations from expected timelines, and promptly escalate instances of non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.
Review Patient Outcome Documents (POD’s) to identify and address any incomplete or disputed entries, ensuring all records are resolved promptly and closed in a timely manner.
Accurately input delivery information into the database and confirm that all records are fully documented and error-free.
Scan signed Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and upload them to the system to ensure they are readily accessible for audits.
Address inquiries regarding documentation from both internal teams and external clients.
Maintain meticulously organized archives, both in hard copy and electronic formats, ensuring they are properly backed up.
Perform regular audits to detect potential compliance risks and deficiencies in documentation.
Implement corrective measures to address missing or incomplete Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and operational reporting processes. This includes the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, as well as the ability to analyze financial trends and present insights to stakeholders. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting systems and improve data integrity. Strong proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
Prepare daily documentation summarizing pending Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses.
Prepare and deliver daily briefings to Transportation Service Providers regarding outstanding delivery statuses.
Prepare and distribute weekly POD summary reports, including scanned copies, to clients.
Each week, prepare and distribute KPI reports that assess performance related to delivery metrics and Proof of Delivery (POD) accuracy, ensuring stakeholders receive timely insights for operational review and decision-making.
Monthly billing reports are submitted to the Finance department for processing and invoicing purposes.
Compile POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation in preparation for audits and client inspections.

Assist drivers in navigating the docking process and ensure the safe operation of vehicles throughout the maneuvering phase.
Provide support in onboarding new employees regarding documentation protocols and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and deploying scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
