Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in processes. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress toward goals and identify areas for enhancement. Lead and mentor staff by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to foster professional growth and accountability. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.
Serve as the main liaison for crucial account stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between the organization and key clients.
Build trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners to foster collaboration and alignment.
Develop and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, and additional certifications or specialized training are preferred. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities is critical. Experience in project management or leadership is a significant advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant professional experience of equivalent standing is required.
