The Financial Controller for the Emerging Markets Region is a senior finance leadership position entrusted with overseeing financial integrity and performance across four key markets: Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. Qualifications

A recognized professional accounting qualification, such as CPA(K), ARCA, CIA, or an equivalent credential, is a mandatory requirement for this role.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

A master’s degree or an MBA would be considered a valuable asset.

Experience

We seek candidates with a minimum of eight to ten years of progressively responsible finance experience, including at least three to four years in a Financial Controller capacity or a comparable position.
