This position serves as the primary liaison for customers, dedicated to fostering exceptional customer experiences while actively engaging both new and existing clients to expand high-value business across asset and liability portfolios. Additionally, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth in alignment with the segment head’s established targets.

Our primary responsibilities involve maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, expanding their financial engagement, and overseeing the assigned portfolio with a strategic approach. Key priorities include enhancing the retention of current customers, increasing their contribution to the business, and ensuring effective relationship management. Additionally, the role will concentrate on promoting Shariah-compliant financing solutions and optimizing the overall Barak ah Banking portfolio across all branches.

Key duties involve conducting comprehensive analyses to identify process inefficiencies, implementing corrective measures to enhance productivity, and overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining detailed documentation, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and presenting findings through clear, concise reports. Strong analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies is mandatory, and experience in a similar capacity within a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective clients by actively seeking out new business opportunities and presenting the array of banking solutions and services available.

Build upon relationships with current clients by identifying opportunities for additional product offerings and fostering deeper interactions.

Organize and facilitate recurring meetings to cultivate client relationships and broaden professional networks.

Collect essential financial and non-financial documentation to conduct a thorough credit analysis.

Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the designated portfolio, ensuring systematic implementation and measurable outcomes.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients, overseeing account management and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Establish and nurture enduring client connections while actively participating in events to foster meaningful engagement and expand professional networks.

Develop tailored banking solutions designed to align with and support clients’ unique operational requirements.

Provide outstanding customer service while advising clients on investment products.

Deliver findings, suggest strategic solutions, and propose necessary compromises as circumstances require.

Manage a broad spectrum of clients, spanning from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to larger small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while addressing their distinct requirements.

Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, conduct thorough financial analysis, negotiate contractual terms, and oversee process coordination to optimize service delivery.

A master’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates should possess a strong academic background in a discipline pertinent to the role, supported by substantial professional experience when necessary.

A bachelor’s degree in a field such as social sciences or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficiency in Islamic Banking principles and possession of relevant certifications are essential.
