This position is responsible for registering and processing patient billing to ensure timely access to medical care in compliance with hospital policies and objectives.

Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and insurance schemes—into the system with precision.
Bill patients for medical services rendered by the hospital, accommodating various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.
To streamline billing processes, prepare and transmit patients’ documents to the appropriate insurance providers, then follow up with calls to ensure timely payment approvals for medical bills.
Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills to facilitate access to hospital services.
Provide patients with clear directions to various medical service locations throughout the hospital.
Schedules follow-up appointments for patients and ensures they are duly notified of their upcoming hospital visits.
Daily cash and check deposits are processed and subsequently forwarded to the senior cashier along with the corresponding receipts.
Compile and deliver daily payment summary reports to the senior cashier promptly.
All medical invoices must be collected and forwarded to the assistant accountant for processing and distribution.
Assigned responsibilities may include additional duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor from time to time.
