Oversee primary duties encompassing the execution of core operational tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate the management of key projects, maintaining adherence to established timelines and performance benchmarks. Uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while delivering high-quality outputs within specified parameters.

Deliver measurable business growth and enhance brand equity within designated Key Accounts.

Achieve designated sales volume, revenue, and operating income targets for the complete beverage and fresh produce product portfolio across assigned retail chains.

Formulate and implement comprehensive annual business strategies tailored to designated Key Account chains.

Develop, finalize, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements in collaboration with Modern Trade partners.

Ensure that demand planning achieves high accuracy by upholding optimal inventory levels across every account and retail location, closely tracking SKU performance metrics, and delivering dependable sales projections.

Oversee the prompt collection of outstanding payments from designated Key Accounts, ensuring adherence to mutually agreed trading terms.

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for key accounts to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer interaction, and ensure adherence to trade pricing policies.

Manage third-party merchandising and sales agencies while conducting routine performance assessments to uphold service excellence standards.

Leverage Sales Automation and CRM technologies to enhance account management, reporting processes, and overall sales performance.

Spearhead the development and execution of innovative product listings, ensuring seamless market introductions across designated accounts.

Oversee the review, approval, and final authorization of annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with key customers.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, from an accredited institution. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development or a related technical role is mandatory. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with experience in database management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (ideally with a Marketing specialization), or a related discipline is required.

Seasoned professionals with five to seven years of sales expertise are sought, including a minimum of three years in key account management within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) context.

Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted driving license and have accumulated at least three years of uninterrupted driving experience.

Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated capacity to interpret data and compile precise, well-informed reports.
