We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in [relevant field or industry], possessing excellent communication and organizational abilities. Hold a degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics.

Professionals should possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), including at least three years in a senior or leadership capacity within the field.

Proven track record in implementing non-profit or NGO initiatives within on-the-ground operational environments, with preference given to experience in Kenya.

Accomplished expertise in monitoring and evaluation, demonstrated through the design and continuous enhancement of data collection and measurement frameworks.

With a proven track record in collaborating with program teams, you will leverage data to enhance learning, guide informed decision-making, facilitate program adaptation, and support donor reporting efforts.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including but not limited to SPSS, STATE, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent applications.

Proficiency in utilizing mobile data collection platforms such as KoboToolbox, OK, Comm Care, or equivalent solutions is required.

Proficient in qualitative methodologies such as conducting insightful interviews, crafting compelling narratives, and discerning nuanced insights that extend beyond quantitative analysis.

Skilled in crafting comprehensive reports and conveying information with clarity, possessing exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
