We are looking for a proactive and highly reliable Travel & Events Intern to assist our Travel Coordinator in overseeing the full spectrum of business travel and event coordination. This fast-paced position demands strong responsiveness, unwavering dependability, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering smooth and efficient travel arrangements for employees and partners spanning various locations.

Performs a range of professional responsibilities including planning, organizing, and executing tasks with precision. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and project timelines. Monitors workflows to identify inefficiencies and implements improvements to enhance productivity and operational excellence. Maintains accurate records, prepares detailed reports, and ensures compliance with established policies and industry regulations. Provide support for arranging domestic and international flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and additional travel-related arrangements.
