Effectively oversee the identification, recruitment, and strategic mapping of Agents, with a primary focus on engaging mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail establishments.
Regularly visit assigned SOS and Agents in accordance with established route plans (beat plans) to ensure adherence to call rates.
We equip SOS and Trash Agents with the essential tools for seamless transactions at SSO and agent outlets, ensuring they are thoroughly trained on all operational processes.
Our primary responsibility involves delivering comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML) training to agents, with a specific focus on educating them about the Suspicious Transaction Reporting System (SOS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to the SIM REG framework.
Monitor and maintain float and stock levels, ensuring agents comply with the 1.5x stock rule while verifying that SOS possess sufficient SIM inventory for seamless new registrations and activations.
Developing and upholding merchandising standards involves ensuring the availability of promotional materials at SSO and Agent outlets.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary to excel in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.
