Key Responsibilities include overseeing project execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, managing cross-functional teams to drive collaborative workflows, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee and coordinate daily operations for both the estate and packhorse, ensuring alignment with production targets and adherence to quality standards.

Deliver superior agronomic performance by optimizing crop management, implementing effective pest and disease control measures, and enhancing overall orchard productivity.

Oversee packhorse operations to ensure maximum pack-out rates and throughput while upholding export quality standards.

Oversee budget development and management, track expenditures meticulously, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout all financial operations.

Leverage available resources strategically to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensures adherence to organizational policies, regulatory audit mandates, and established corporate governance frameworks.

Ensure the upkeep, preservation, and operational readiness of all estate infrastructure, assets, and field cleanliness standards.

Facilitate positive labor relations, maintain staff discipline, and oversee performance management to ensure organizational excellence and compliance.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
