Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Experienced HR professionals with a track record of 4 to 6 years in management roles are sought for this opportunity.
Proficiency in the hospitality, entertainment, clubs, or food and beverage sectors is advantageous.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
With a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee integration, and performance enhancement, you bring substantial expertise to streamline hiring processes, facilitate seamless onboarding experiences, and implement robust performance management frameworks.
Demonstrates exceptional ability in fostering positive employee relations and effectively resolving conflicts.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are essential for this role.
Demonstrated expertise in human resources information systems (HRIS), payroll processing, and HR reporting tools is essential.
