Diagnose and resolve a range of plumbing problems, including leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Translate technical drawings and blueprints to determine precise installation requirements and tenant fit-out specifications.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable health, safety, and building regulations at every stage.
Maintain detailed documentation of plumbing activities, compile comprehensive reports, and oversee the inventory management of tools, fittings, and consumable supplies.
Facilities operations are supported through the oversight of water systems, provision of general maintenance assistance, and supervision of associated service providers.
Perform daily inspections, document water consumption levels, file maintenance reports, and facilitate seamless shift transitions while adhering to risk reporting protocols.
Required Specifications
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in plumbing or a comparable maintenance field, you will have developed a strong foundation in technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Performed duties in the capacity of Artisan I or a position deemed equivalent, executing specialized craftsmanship tasks and adhering to established quality standards.
Proven expertise in plumbing infrastructure, encompassing drainage solutions and water supply systems, is essential.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints is required.
Demonstrated ability to quickly identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions through systematic troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
Physically capable with the capacity to perform demanding manual tasks.
