Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance (GALA) in EMEA delivers strategic guidance on commercial, regulatory, governance, and compliance issues, ensuring business objectives are met while safeguarding Ericsson’s interests and maintaining its reputation.
As Group Legal Counsel in the East & North Africa legal department, you will spearhead and provide guidance on legal affairs spanning designated regions, encompassing commercial agreements, corporate and regulatory challenges, data privacy, antitrust legislation, intellectual property rights, sanctions and trade compliance, as well as conflict resolution. You will collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders—both business and legal—to address complex customer and supplier arrangements, high-stakes partnerships, corporate deals, governance matters, and strategic advisory initiatives.
As a member of the Customer Unit East & North Africa legal team, you will report directly to the Head of Legal for the Customer Unit East & North Africa and will be stationed in one of the territories within the region.
