The candidate must possess strong project management skills, the ability to train end-users, and a deep understanding of business processes across departments. Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential, along with experience in data migration, system upgrades, and compliance with industry regulations.

Experienced in data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, reporting, and post-implementation support.
