Functions / Key Results Expected

We are seeking a meticulous software testing professional to ensure the reliability and performance of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and Test Rail. Responsibilities include designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. A keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in API and UI testing are highly desirable.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Solutions Designers to gather and analyze business and functional requirements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive test case development.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by meticulously tracing transactions from start to finish, verifying the correctness of general ledger postings, debit and credit balances, and conducting thorough cross-module reconciliations.

Review and conduct comprehensive testing of period-end closing procedures, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, to ensure the precision and reliability of generated financial statements and management reports.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit trails within financial systems, verifying adherence to IPSA standards and internal financial control protocols.

Conduct thorough testing of multi-currency transaction processing to validate exchange rate application, rounding rules, and currency conversion functionality across all financial modules.

Assist in the verification of financial data migration, specifically ensuring the integrity of opening balances, historical transaction records, and the precision of cutover processes.

Review and validate user access controls and segregation of duties (Sod) configurations within financial systems to ensure alignment with established financial governance frameworks and audit mandates.
