Provide assistance in organizing, coordinating, and managing the implementation of brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns on-site.
Contribute to the planning, creation, and publication of digital content across various social media channels by assisting in copywriting, designing visual briefs, and managing posts.
Perform in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor actions, emerging platforms, and audience data to shape and enhance campaign strategies.
Create pitch decks, proposals, and post-campaign reports by incorporating data-driven insights and visually compelling summaries.
Help oversee community engagement by tracking and moderating comments, actively interacting with audiences, and identifying and escalating notable conversations.
Coordinate logistics for event preparations, manage vendor communications, and oversee material procurement with support from senior staff members.
Capture and document on-site content, including photography and short-form video, during events to support post-event reporting and digital marketing initiatives.
Assist with influencer and partner engagement initiatives by facilitating briefings, monitoring deliverable progress, and sustaining ongoing communication channels.
Offer comprehensive administrative and creative assistance to the experiential and digital teams as needed.
