Job Summary
We are in search of a meticulous and self-motivated Pharmaceutical Production Assistant to assist with manufacturing and packaging operations in a pharmaceutical production setting. The ideal candidate will operate production machinery, manage raw materials, uphold rigorous hygiene protocols, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
The role encompasses a range of key responsibilities including the management of daily operations to ensure efficiency, oversight of team performance to drive productivity, and the implementation of strategies to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the position requires liaising with stakeholders to foster strong relationships, monitoring project progress to guarantee timely completion, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying process improvements, providing leadership through coaching and mentorship, and maintaining accurate documentation to support decision-making processes.

Ensure the production environment remains consistently clean, sterile, and free from contamination at all times.
Conduct regular cleaning and sterilization of all equipment and work areas to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times.
Requirements
A diploma or certificate in Pharmaceutical Production, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline is required.
A foundational knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines is required.
Accurate attention to detail is essential for maintaining precision in documentation and production workflows.
Proficient in hand-eye coordination and capable of executing fundamental mathematical computations.
Must demonstrate the stamina to stand for prolonged durations while operating efficiently within a high-speed manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to work effectively within collaborative environments and maintain meticulous organizational standards.
