Proven expertise in delivering instruction within the Humanities, Literacy, and Kenyan Sign Language is essential.

Oversee a diverse range of critical duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with long-term goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and drive data-informed decision-making. Act as a liaison between teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while mitigating risks. Mentor and develop staff through targeted coaching, training, and professional growth opportunities.

Lead educator responsible for delivering Kenyan Sign Language instruction across the high school curriculum, overseeing lesson preparation, classroom instruction, and student evaluation.

Partner with subject teachers to jointly design, implement, and evaluate lessons that align with curriculum objectives while upholding inclusive education standards.

Adapt educational content and instructional methods to accommodate the varied requirements of different learners, ensuring tailored approaches to education.

Facilitate the cultivation of conceptual comprehension, analytical reasoning, and solution-oriented thinking among learners to foster robust intellectual growth.

Implementing mastery-based learning and assessment strategies is essential to foster meaningful engagement among all learners. By utilizing these approaches, educators can ensure that every student progresses at a pace aligned with their individual capabilities, thereby enhancing comprehension and retention. This method emphasizes continuous evaluation and personalized feedback, enabling learners to achieve proficiency in key competencies before advancing.

Serve as the designated case manager responsible for developing and maintaining individual learning plans, as well as facilitating necessary support updates throughout the program duration.

The role involves tracking, recording, and sharing students’ advancement with educators, parents, and the instructional support staff to ensure collaborative progress monitoring.

Offer customized assistance in small group or one-on-one settings as required throughout lessons.
