A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C++, is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are key requirements.
