The Global Recruitment Intern will serve as part of our Global Recruitment Team, specifically contributing to the Operations subteam. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Senior Coordinator, you will also engage in collaborative efforts with colleagues across the global team.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying stakeholders, and facilitating clear communication to align project objectives with organizational goals. Additionally, the position requires evaluating project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and reporting progress to senior leadership through detailed documentation. Accountability for project deliverables, resource allocation, and performance metrics is essential to ensure successful outcomes.

You are responsible for executing routine tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our recruitment processes, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

You will manage the entire candidate screening and selection process, from initial application review to final hiring decisions, while delivering outstanding customer service to every candidate and taking pride in meticulous attention to detail.

You will oversee the candidate database within the Applicant Tracking System, maintaining accurate records of applications and leveraging data insights to enhance operational efficiency.

In partnership with your manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of enhancements within our recruitment processes, leveraging data-driven insights to drive measurable outcomes.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred. Prior experience with project management software is a plus. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline.

Must have:

Proficiency in recruitment or other HR-related functions for a duration spanning six months to one year is required.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, is considered an advantage, though not a mandatory requirement.

Proficiency in basic data analysis is required, enabling you to identify trends and correlations within datasets effectively.

Proficient in managing and updating Excel or Google Sheets, including trackers, with precision and efficiency.

Extensive experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across various projects and organizational levels is required. This role demands the ability to engage effectively with individuals and groups holding differing perspectives, priorities, and expertise to achieve shared objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are necessary to navigate complex relationships and foster productive partnerships.

Demonstrates strong aptitude for acquiring new knowledge, exhibits high levels of curiosity, and possesses a keen eye for precision and accuracy.

Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear and effective interaction in professional settings.
