Monitor incoming orders and oversee their processing across various delivery platforms and internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. Handle the tracking of order statuses, verify details, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays efficiently.
To manage the preparation, packaging, and dispatch of orders, ensuring they are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to manage order priorities and address operational inefficiencies.
Liaise with riders to facilitate timely pickups and ensure seamless delivery execution.
Ensure orders meet established accuracy, presentation, and packaging standards prior to shipment.
Escalate and address customer, rider, or operational issues promptly and effectively in real time.
Monitor and analyze essential operational metrics, including preparation times, dispatch times, and order accuracy, to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement in workflow efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory assessments for packaging materials and operational supplies to ensure accurate stock levels.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, uphold impeccable cleanliness standards, and maintain full compliance with all operational regulations.
Provide support for daily reporting activities and contribute to ongoing improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Seeking a detail-oriented professional with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the [industry or field].
