Investigate and rectify technical challenges encountered within server environments, applications, and infrastructure systems.
Maintain accurate and current documentation of system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications, including environment architecture and dependency details.
Ensure adherence to United Nations security policies and IT governance standards at all times.
Stays current with advancements in the field; conducts comparative analyses and recommends new acquisitions.
What we are looking for:
With a minimum of four years of practical experience in managing and administering Microsoft Windows Server environments, including server administration, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server configuration, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in these areas.
A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in DevOps methodologies and tool sets is required, with specific proficiency in Azure DevOps—encompassing Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
Established expertise in setting up and administering diverse application environments is required.
Proficiency in managing Azure cloud environments is a plus, particularly with Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, though a Master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess a solid academic foundation in [specific subjects, e.g., business administration, computer science, or engineering] and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
