As a technical professional, this position involves designing, developing, analyzing, and managing the technical support of NCAA Digital Business Middleware platforms, including all integration points with the Core Banking System, Bank Channels, Partners, and other third-party systems.
This position drives the execution of business strategy via the RITA, ensuring seamless information flow across diverse bank systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong prototyping capabilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within an agile team. Responsibilities include balancing competing priorities, crafting solutions aligned with a broader strategic roadmap, and actively contributing to the maintenance and support of implemented technologies.
Oversee critical account management functions, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives while fostering long-term client relationships. Develop and execute tailored account plans to maximize revenue growth, retention, and satisfaction across assigned key accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver cohesive solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Monitor account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or contract renewals to drive profitability. Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to address concerns, mitigate risks, and reinforce trust in the partnership. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations throughout all account interactions. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Specifications
Design, develop, and continually enhance the Bank’s Integration Platforms, including the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
Enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of software applications in alignment with ITIL and other industry best practices.
Offer specialized expertise in resolving 2nd level escalation incidents for the bank’s Integration Platforms, supporting the teams responsible for daily IT operations.
Apply expertise in core technological concepts and platforms, including Oracle SOA and Java, to deliver effective solutions.
Guarantee that all services are delivered in accordance with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain optimal operational performance.
Collaborate closely with business and product development teams to establish detailed functional and technical specifications, while simultaneously devising innovative solutions to effectively meet these outlined requirements.

Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and upkeep of the Business Continuity Plan and Data Security Plan for the Integration Platforms, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery at all times.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on integration platforms for IT Operations and IT Applications teams as necessary.
Conducts research and development initiatives to assess emerging technologies and their capacity to enhance platform performance.
Responsible for developing and executing unit test cases to ensure code robustness, with a focus on edge cases, usability, and overall reliability.
Monitor and oversee service user complaints diligently to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
