Our client, a dynamic on-demand courier service specializing in deliveries facilitated through their mobile application, is seeking a skilled Partner Onboarding Agent to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with providing comprehensive support to both existing and prospective clients, focusing on account activation and service upgrades to ensure seamless integration and enhanced user experiences.

Oversee critical operational duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and process optimization to drive organizational efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with overarching business objectives. Develop and execute innovative solutions to enhance productivity, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Lead data-driven decision-making initiatives, leveraging analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiating contracts, and resolving conflicts to maintain productive partnerships. Mentor junior staff through coaching and professional development opportunities, cultivating a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards while upholding accountability and transparency in all actions.

Verifying and contacting each potential partner individually, then providing comprehensive training on store operations.

Providing assistance to partners experiencing on-boarding challenges, such as malfunctioning devices, web application difficulties, or credential-related issues, as reported across all internal communication channels and Customer support systems.

Reviewing whether any partners have been flagged for priority onboarding, particularly those who have previously engaged but had their onboarding deferred for a specified period.

Overseeing all self-onboarding and communication channels to ensure seamless integration and consistent messaging.

Facilitating the activation of stores within the Salesforce platform and administrative systems following comprehensive partner training sessions.

Review and update menu items in the Admin system, including corrections and additions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Upon visiting partner locations for new store training, your responsibilities will include distributing essential materials such as bags, stickers, tablets, or any other items designated by the partner. Additionally, you will support content-related tasks as required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the establishment of new retail locations, ensuring each store is developed according to brand standards and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will manage site selection, lease negotiations, and construction oversight while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives. Responsibilities include securing permits, adhering to regulatory compliance, and finalizing store layouts to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency. Proficiency in project management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in retail construction or store development are essential. Familiarity with budgeting, timelines, and vendor coordination is required to deliver successful store openings on schedule.

Reviewing incoming emails to identify and assign new activation tasks promptly.

Prepare and finalize all assigned activation content, including the development of store layouts and menu designs.

Content enhancement evaluations are conducted periodically in the absence of new activations, involving a thorough review of existing store menus to ensure alignment with current operational standards.

Additional ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned by the Finance, Commercial, or Sales departments to address enhancements or necessary corrections.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience in the field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong technical skills is required.

Proven ability to effectively manage time and maintain exceptional organizational capabilities.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both active listening and clear, effective communication.

Able to function effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.

Capable of maintaining high productivity levels while ensuring flawless execution and precision in all tasks.
