Develop and implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies, with a focus on identifying and nurturing high-potential employees to ensure organizational continuity and growth.
Oversee the performance management cycle and provide guidance to managers in establishing objectives, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development through coaching.

Profile
A master’s degree in human resources management is required, along with at least six years of professional experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
