This position is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant, situated in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Consultant will oversee a range of duties associated with sales and leasing operations, ensuring seamless execution of assigned responsibilities.

Foster meaningful collaborations with emerging startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, and geographically distributed professionals.

Develop new business opportunities by leveraging networking events, customer referrals, digital channels, and proactive outreach strategies.

Drive sales for coworking memberships, private offices, dedicated desks, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Lead engaging and informative tours for potential clients, highlighting the features and advantages of the available facilities to effectively promote their value.

Construct and sustain a robust and productive sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and business expansion.

Prepare and finalize membership agreements as well as lease documentation, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon through careful negotiation and review.

Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue benchmarks consistently.

Marketing available properties, organizing and leading property tours, and assisting prospective residents throughout the entire leasing journey—from their initial inquiry to the move-in date.

The position involves drafting and overseeing lease agreements, verifying lease documentation for precision, and updating records within designated systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The consultant will address resident inquiries, expedite issue resolution, and develop strategies aimed at improving resident retention and satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with property management and maintenance teams, analyzing market trends, and meeting occupancy and revenue goals through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives designed to enhance occupancy rates.

Engage actively in various professional networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to foster connections and expand industry presence.
