Oversee and execute a variety of critical duties, including managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and team performance while maintaining a keen focus on achieving organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with company goals and expectations.

Oversee daily estate and packhorse operations, ensuring alignment with established production targets and quality standards through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.

Achieve superior agronomic outcomes by implementing advanced crop management strategies, ensuring robust pest and disease control measures, and maximizing orchard productivity.

Oversee packhorse functions to maximize pack-out efficiency and throughput while ensuring adherence to export quality benchmarks.

Develop, oversee, and manage budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective operations.

Leverage available resources strategically to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Ensures adherence to established company policies, audit mandates, and corporate governance frameworks.

Oversee the upkeep of estate infrastructure, management of assets, and adherence to field hygiene protocols to ensure optimal conditions.

Foster positive labor relations, uphold staff discipline, and implement effective performance management systems.

Maintain compliance with established health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols.

Perform all additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by management.

Seeking candidates with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field, along with a proven track record of at least three years in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal applicant must demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, or a similar capacity is highly desirable.

A diploma or degree in agriculture or a relevant discipline is required for consideration.

Experienced candidates must possess at least five years of hands-on expertise in field husbandry, packhorse operations, budget development, cost mitigation, and financial oversight.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage personnel, coupled with robust administrative competencies and a strong aptitude for reporting and documentation.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in operational management and strategic planning. Possesses robust organizational and logistical capabilities to effectively oversee workflows and coordinate resources.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships is essential. Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration and clear understanding among team members and stakeholders.

Maintains unwavering integrity and demonstrates a steadfast commitment to upholding corporate governance standards.
