This is a construction-focused position where you will introduce efficient, streamlined discipline to a rapidly expanding manufacturing setting, establish best practices in areas lacking standardization, and lay the groundwork necessary for Caswell to introduce new products dependably and at scale.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive set of duties that align with the strategic objectives of the organization, including but not limited to project management, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency improvements. Duties involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow integration, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity and quality. Accountability extends to budget oversight, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, alongside fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Additionally, the role demands adherence to compliance standards, adherence to regulatory requirements, and the ability to analyze complex data to drive informed decision-making. Strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.

Candidates must possess a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma, value stream analysis, and process reengineering, along with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is required, while a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.

Map, oversee, and enhance the entire process of materials and information flow within the convenience foods value stream, transitioning from the existing state to the desired future state.

Implement lean methodologies to methodically remove waste throughout the workflow, leveraging tools such as take time optimization, standardized work processes, visual controls, 5S workplace organization, Kaiden continuous improvement initiatives, and pull-based production systems.

Oversee tier management processes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to establish and reinforce structured accountability throughout the entire workflow.

Drive the stream’s capacity model and ONE program, pinpointing key loss contributors while spearheading targeted improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the commercialization and scale-up initiatives within our New Product Development (NPD) pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in scaling emerging technologies, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and exceptional project management acumen to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As the manufacturing lead within Caswell’s New Product Development Stage-Gate framework, you will oversee the entire process—beginning with feasibility evaluations and extending through line trials, process validation, and final commercial launch approval.

Take full ownership of the product ramp journey, transitioning validated pilots into full-scale commercial production by defining robust manufacturing standards, establishing comprehensive SOPs, setting measurable yield targets, and implementing rigorous quality control checkpoints for each new product.

Maintain a comprehensive New Product Development pipeline tracker and serve as the manufacturing readiness representative at each Stage-Gate milestone.

Driving technical excellence and optimizing processes, you will provide visionary leadership to guide teams toward innovative solutions and operational efficiency. This role demands a deep understanding of technical frameworks, strategic planning, and the ability to align technological advancements with business objectives. You will oversee the development of robust processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices while fostering collaboration across departments.
