Key Responsibilities
Offer comprehensive operational and customer support to assigned Relationship Managers in order to contribute towards achieving financial and service objectives. Ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction by providing responsive and proactive services that enhance relationship building and retention. Coordinate with various teams and departments to streamline the referral process for Wealth, Balance Sheet, and Mortgage solutions, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Serve as acting Relationship Manager in their absence, effectively managing client portfolios and maintaining continuity of service. Execute critical client lifecycle and governance activities on schedule, including but not limited to:

The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes conducting investigations into potential criminal activity, as well as monitoring and reporting any suspicious behavior. In addition to these core functions, the FCC team also plays a key role in managing credit risk, developing fraud prevention strategies, and collaborating with other departments within the organization. To be successful in this role, candidates must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in financial crime compliance or a related field is preferred, but not required.

The candidate should possess a minimum of two years’ worth of experience providing client service within the banking and financial sectors (specifically within banks, investment offices, fund management companies, and private banking environments).
Proficiency in financial operations, legal frameworks, and organizational protocols is essential. Familiarity with investment strategies and international economic climate enhances performance.
Possessing a financial certification or demonstrating a dedication to obtaining one would be beneficial.
