We’re initiating an exciting AI Dubbing initiative and seek skilled Speech Editors to collaborate on delivering multilingual content for both entertainment and corporate media in Italian.
Speech Editors are instrumental in AI-driven dubbing workflows, refining AI-generated scripts and synthetic voices to ensure they sound natural, precise, culturally appropriate, and suitable for production.
This role offers a flexible, remote freelance position, where the workload fluctuates based on language proficiency and project-specific demands.
What you’ll do
Contribute to an AI-powered dubbing platform by meticulously reviewing and enhancing synthetic speech to ensure optimal quality and accuracy.
Revise ASR or AI-generated content to enhance speech flow, rhythm, and clarity, ensuring optimal delivery and comprehension.
Adapt wording to enhance the fluidity, rhythm, pace, articulation, and overall delivery of spoken communication.
Ensure highquality dubbing output
Collaborate alongside a diverse, international team comprising adaptors and QA linguists, benefiting from comprehensive training and ongoing assistance throughout your tenure.
What we’re looking for
Fluent or near-native command of Italian, the designated target language, is essential.
Proficient in Italian verbal communication and skilled in dialogue editing.
Professional candidates should possess hands-on experience in audiovisual or spoken content workflows, demonstrating familiarity with the tools and methodologies integral to producing, editing, and distributing such media. A proven track record in managing content pipelines, optimizing production efficiency, or coordinating cross-functional teams within these workflows is highly valued. Proficiency in relevant software, platforms, or industry standards—such as editing suites, content management systems, or broadcast technologies—is expected to ensure seamless execution of assigned responsibilities.
Proficient in utilizing AI-driven tools and platforms is essential for this role.
Proficient in working from a remote setting, requiring consistent and dependable internet connectivity.
Demonstrates exceptional precision and meticulousness in evaluating linguistic accuracy and adherence to quality standards, ensuring flawless communication and content integrity.
Valuable experience includes prior involvement with AI dubbing, speech editing, text-to-speech (TTS), or voice technologies.
