Our client, a leader in the hospitality sector, seeks an accomplished HR Manager to spearhead all human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, regulatory compliance, and workforce administration.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to six years of progressive experience in human resources management roles.
Preferred candidates will possess prior experience within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or food and beverage sectors.
Proficient in Kenyan labor laws and fully compliant with all statutory requirements.
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management is required.
Proven ability to foster positive employee relations and effectively resolve workplace conflicts with diplomacy and tact.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management expertise are essential for this role.
Skilled in utilizing HR systems, processing payroll, and generating HR reports
